  • Yes and no… our ingredients are gluten-free but are sourced and baked in facilities that also process wheat and soy products. The kitchen is used to bake bagels and therefore we cannot be certified as gluten free.

  • We are not certified organic (yet!) but yes, all of our ingredients are organic. Every. Last. One.

  • Our recipe is likely better than store-bought granola if you have diabetes and want to enjoy granola.

    The oats, nuts and seeds are beneficial for your blood sugar control and the low-sugar recipe prevents blood sugar and insulin levels from spiking.

  • Our original recipe consists of organic whole grain oats, organic almonds, organic pecans, organic sunflower seeds, organic pumpkin seeds, organic coconut flakes, organic coconut oil, organic honey, organic cinnamon, organic vanilla, and sea salt.

  • Granola is what you get when you mix rolled oats with nuts, seeds, honey, and any number of other delicious foods like dried fruit and berries. The name “granola” dates back to the 19th century, when the product was first invented at a health spa in New York.
